I was planning to renovate my rental unit and needed a contractor who could take care of big and small projects. I needed to paint the entire unit and install new floorings. An associate recommended Simon at Max Construction. After our walk through, Simon suggested innovative ideas, gave me reasonable pricing and a quick project timeline. His team arrived to start the work and finished ahead of schedule. The painting and flooring installation was flawless and well organized. They cleaned up all construction debris throughout the project and kept all materials in good organization. They took the time to protect the carpet from wet paint and dirt. Their quality workmanship really stand up to their reputation, and I will certainly hire them for future projects.

I have to say my experience was great, and I am so happy to report that Simon was professional, well experienced, and worked very efficiently. Having my roof changed would’ve been very stressful, but I learned that I can count on Simon because he was honest and helped explain everything in the process and was also very clean. I would heavily recommend him and his company. He will also be the person I will go to moving forward for any professional repairs.

Outstanding! Simon and his group are the most reliable company I ever worked with. They did an excellent and top notch job in remodeling our house in a short time. His pricing is very fair and gets job done on time. Thank you Simon Hadadian!

I worked on two projects with this company since 2020. a full remodel of a 5-bedroom house in San Diego, completed in just 3 weeks, and a full remodel of a 2-bedroom, 2-story cabin in Big Bear, finished in just 15 days this November. Both projects were delivered ahead of schedule and without any issues. Simon supervised the work from start to finish. The company, based in Brea, was originally recommended to me by a friend who used them for a project in Los Angeles. I was so impressed with the quality of their work and designs that I’ve recommended them to many others. For both projects, I interviewed several contractors, but Simon’s quotes were the most reasonable in terms of scope, time and cost. Their ability to consistently deliver faster than promised made the entire experience even more satisfying. Pics are before and after.

I found this great designer/contractor through my neighbors. I'm very picky about how jobs are performed so I was happy when Simon showed me some of his work. It's very detailed and clean. Last year, Simon and team was super busy so I had to wait for my kitchen project and separate bathroom project to get started. Both came out so beautiful 😍. Bathroom was designed by Simon. He did run suggestions by me and I had a chance to pick what I liked. It worked out beautifully. My friends and family who have visited and love it as well. He also has ideas for future projects. Simon's attention to detail is why I love his work. He's also a great planner and puts everything on a timeline so there's no wasted time. You just have to communicate your timeline otherwise he'll sometimes work through the weekend or on days when no one is available. Costwise, it's on the expensive side but so worth it. From past experience, going cheap is not the way to go. I also requested Simon to redo some of the past cheaper contractor's work. Thank you Simon! We love the beautiful work you and your team do!
